Ecological Foods

The Council of Ecological Agrarian Production of the Principality of Asturias (COPAE), constituted in the year 1996, is the organism in charge of carrying out the control works and certification of this production type in Asturias.

The COPAE controls the agricultural production, cattle,apiculture and recently underwater with a series of norms and recommendations that all the proucers admitted to the Council should follow.

Among the products aided by the COPAE we can find cereals, vegetables, fruits, meats, sausages, honeys, cheeses and derived milk products, etc.
